Booking Policy

Terms of Service

1. How Booking Works

Two booking paths: mobile storage through our online Stella booking system, facility storage through our CC Storage booking system. Both available 24/7.

2. Pricing

Pricing is based on location and which service is selected (Mobile or Facility Storage).

Rentals are month to month and proration is applied if applicable.

3. Payment Terms

Payment processed at booking. Monthly recurring charges thereafter. Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card.

4. Mobile Storage Booking

Delivery scheduled based on real-time availability. Customer provides delivery location (driveway, property, job site).

5. Facility Storage Booking

Unit assigned at booking based on size and availability. Gate code and access details provided after booking confirmation.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel anytime by contacting [email protected] or calling (888) 880-6683. Prorated refunds for unused time at company discretion.

7. Service Changes

Customer may request unit relocation, service modifications, or upgrades by contacting our team. Relocation fees may apply.

8. Late Payments

Account holds or service interruption may occur for accounts more than 15 days past due. Late fees may apply.

9. Damage and Liability

Customer is responsible for items stored. Positive Storage is not liable for damage caused by customer's improper packing or items prohibited under our Terms & Conditions.

10. Customer Conduct

Customers must follow all applicable laws and our Terms & Conditions while using our services.

11. Modifications to Policy

Right to update with notification. Continued service constitutes acceptance.
