Yes, if another unit size is available, you can transfer to a larger or smaller unit. The Positive Storage team will help schedule the transfer and update your rental agreement and rate accordingly.

Rent is due on the same day each month, based on your move-in date. The card on file will automatically be billed each month on this date.

Bring a lock for your unit and it is also helpful to bring a list of what you are storing to stay organized.

When you are ready to move out, simply empty your unit, remove your lock, and notify Positive Storage according to the move-out notice policy in your agreement. As long as the unit is left clean and unlocked, your rental will be closed.
