1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Positive Storage website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Services
Positive Storage provides solar-powered mobile storage delivery and on-site facility storage.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services.
4. Booking and Payment
Bookings are managed through Stella (for mobile storage) and CC Storage (for facility storage). Payment processing and billing cycles are handled automatically as per your selected plan.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to the lawful use of storage units. Prohibited items include hazardous materials,
fuel of any kind, perishables, illegal items, and explosive material. Customers must maintain
property condition and ensure on-time payment.
6. Positive Storage Responsibilities
We are committed to providing timely delivery, secure storage, clear communication, and promptly addressing any customer concerns.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Please refer to our Booking Policy for specific terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
8. Liability
Our liability is strictly limited. Content insurance (default $1,000 coverage) is provided for
Positive Storage mobile units. More coverage may be provided per a customer’s request. If storing
at one of our Facilities, utilize a homeowner’s policy or other supplemental coverage.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of Positive Storage.
10. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Positive Storage from any third-party claims arising from the misuse of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through a formal dispute resolution process, which may include binding arbitration if applicable.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
