For safety and easy access, we recommend loading to about 75% of the unit’s capacity. Most customers find this is more than enough for their needs. We typically place the unit on your driveway or any level, hard-packed surface. A paved area works best, and we’ll need enough clearance for delivery. If you’re not sure your space will work, give us a call at 1-888-880-6683 and we’ll talk it through with you.

Most residential placements don’t require a permit if the unit stays on your private property. If you need to place the unit on the street or live in an HOA community, you may need approval. We recommend checking with your HOA or local municipality before scheduling delivery.

Absolutely. Our units are weather tight and solar powered. We provide a lock on the unit but an additional space is provided on the latching handle for your personal lock.

For safety, please don’t store hazardous materials, flammables, perishables, living things, or anything illegal. Most household, business, and seasonal items are perfectly fine to store.

Yes, no problem! During the booking process you will have the option to select the relocation option and include the new address. If you don’t select that option initially, that is a non issue — contact us and we will make the change and coordinate the relocation for you.
